scheduled class or event.

you provide us with a valid doctor’s note, we will consider a refund or credit on a

case-by-case basis. Please submit the doctor’s note along with your refund request.

3. Refund Process

● Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 1 business days from

the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used

during purchase.

● Non-Refundable Fees: Any transaction or processing fees associated with the

original payment are non-refundable.

4. Credits

● Studio Credit: In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a studio credit for

future classes or services. This credit must be used within 1 months from the date it

was issued.
